Thank you to all who helped make the NT Baseball Memorial Day Tournament a great success! We raised $7,500 and granted a child's wish through The Make A Wish Foundation of Metro New York.
NT BASEBALL EXHIBITS AT WORLD BASEBALL COACHES' CONVENTION
The NTB participated in last weekend's World Baseball Coaches' Convention in Connecticut. The convention was held at Mohegan Sun 1/12/08.
NTB and LSW build new TURF FIELD!!!
A new 51-75 and 46-60 turf field was constructed at Alkin Ave. Complex. Alkin 1 was transformed into a multiple age field. The LandTek Group, which is headquartered in Amityville, broke ground on this state of the art field in December 2006. The National Tournament Baseball Org. and LSW Intramural League put this field to good use starting Spring 2007. This field also hosted the Memorial Day Travel Team Tournament. An event that was second to none with the winners receiving paid bids to Cal Ripkin's Tournament of champions in Maryland.
